This Are you weighing and measuring everything?

Any medications? I was on a birth control pill for a few months that caused me to completely lose my appetite.
-
I sometimes do. But I work out in the evenings so often I'm just ready for bed after and I don't want to eat.
-
Glad all is well! I miss periods if I change my exercise routine. Very annoying, but kind of normal for me.
-
That sounds normal to me. You can't expect to lose 4-5lbs every week. 1 lb in a week in awesome. Try to be more consistent with your intake. I'd gain weight if I ate 1950cals a day.

I work out in the evening after my kids go to bed. I wish I could do it in the morning (to get it over with, I'm tired by the end of the day! ). I think the best time to do it is anytime.

There is sugar in almost everything. Sooooo.... Pretty sure you do eat sugar. Are you talking about table sugar? Unless you live off of meat and low carb veggies you are most certainly eating sugar. It's not a poison.
-
Obsessing over food (whether by wanting it constantly or purposely avoiding it)is disordered. You sound fine to me. Try to keep snacks with you so you can eat on the go.
-
You're at a healthy weight... Your BMI looks good. Perhaps the food you're eating lacks nutritional value that your body is craving? As long as you're not gaining weight at 2000+ calories I don't see an issue there. Are you exercising? Maybe you're burning a lot of what you're taking in.

Amazing! You look great :)

I don't know if it sounds like sabotage, but at the very least she's not being supportive of your choices. Some people like to keep others down so they can feel superior and if that's what she's doing then she's not your friend. You need to talk to her and see what's up and if it doesn't change you need to rethink the…

I've been seeing the same. I feel like I'm losing very fast (lost a total of 14lbs in September, which is about 1/2lb a day). But I've been working hard and I know it will slow down. I don't think I'd worry if I were you, I'm not worried. You could definitely eat more and still lose weight, at a slower pace if you so…

I'm not maintaining right now, I'm working on losing baby weight, but when I was maintaining 1) late 20s 2) 5'6" 3) 140lbs 4) running 3-4k 5 days a week 5) approx 1800-2000

They can be genetic, I've seen thin guys with them, unfortunately. I would go back to the dr and have him reassess the issue since you've lost so much weight (congratulations btw!)

Everyone has to start somewhere and anyone that is unkind to you for it is an ignorant *kitten*. I run on a treadmill in my garage to avoid having an audience at this point.

Thanks guys! I currently have a small amount of progressive harmonized protein powder left in vanilla, and while I find the taste ok, it's horribly expensive. I think I'm going to try the muscle pharm. I found it on the same website I buy the progressive and it's about half the price. Worth a try!

Mine is open :)

I eat a balanced diet. I eat grains. I eat fatty foods. I eat lots of fruits and veggies. I have dessert sometimes. I go for ice cream with my toddle and I'm not ashamed. But I balance it. I eat the same way I did before starting to lose weight I just control my portions better. This works for me. Giving up any type of…

I'm in Ontario! In halton hills (near Guelph)

I'm not a drinker, but if I were I'd just have a smaller glass. You don't have to give up the things you really enjoy
-
I mostly ate the same things I'm eating now only 3 times as much. Lol
-
Add some protein. Yogurt, a boiled egg, a handful of nuts. Something. Fruit is great, and yummy, but it won't get you through the morning without feeling hungry.
-
My diary is public, don't know how helpful it will be though. :)

Water is a "normal" drink. You get used to it and then you actually start to crave it. A fizzy drink once in awhile is fine though, just make water your main beverage choice.

I started on it last week. Now, in the past I lost over 70 pounds by simply using mfp, but after having a baby I put a lot back on, and have not had luck with just calorie counting. My sister gave me the method package, she's done the method as well (she lost 50 lbs in 6 months and has kept it off for a year now). I have…

people are getting stuck on this "starvation mode" thing. thats not really my issue with lower caloric intake. the issue is that it's not a realistic, maintainable amount. I aim for 1400-1600 a day and am losing weight consistently. you shouldn't feel hungry all the time or something is wrong. if you are comfortable at…

Last time I bought an enormous bag of sweet potato fries- so much easier than chopping and peeling my own. Their quinoa is really well priced too! We also bought some fruit and veggies, a cheese assortment and humus. oh! and their trail mixes, love those!

this would only be the case if you are already very small. The OP weighs around 200lbs as per her ticker. at that weight 1500 cals is nowhere near a gain. I usually find 1400-1600 a reasonable calorie alottment.
