Yep, days I just do walking, I may only use about 300-400 extra, but days I kill it at the gym and walk, or when I cycle a few hours, I can easily add an extra 1000 + calories to maintenance. I tend not to do TDEE method as my exercise regime is variable from week to week, and some weeks I do less, some weeks, more.0 -

3. Weight? 169-173 depending on the day. My bodyfat is in the low to mid 20's (I had approx. 129 pounds of lean mass in July & I've been recomping since then as well). I wear a size 9/10 in jeans.
4. Activity level? pretty high: job is on my feet, Crossfit 3-4x per week, run/hike 1-2x per week, yoga 1-2 classes per week, powerlift 3-4x per week, and a 2 hour olympic lifting class once per week.
