    I actually am not sure what I maintain on, because I'm still losing weight, but I was wondering if someone could give me an estimate because I'm going to be switching over to maintaining soon, and I would like a head start..... :)

    Maintenance calories.. 1830 without excersize have to be abit careful and eat back enough calories when I excersize I can still lose on my set maintenance calories..

    They probably have more on there very active days.. Like on Friday when I went hiking I hit nearly 3000 calories on my day's when I have been working on the yard mucking out 6 stables plus yard jobs then off to the gym afterwards over 2000 up to 2500 if I am less active in the day will be more or less at maintenance 1830 ;)

    4. at least 10,000 steps a day (weight training 30 minutes a day 2x a week & Barre3 30 minutes a day)... I also use a standing desk at work
    5. 1200-1500, same days less, some days a lot more

    Yep, days I just do walking, I may only use about 300-400 extra, but days I kill it at the gym and walk, or when I cycle a few hours, I can easily add an extra 1000 + calories to maintenance. I tend not to do TDEE method as my exercise regime is variable from week to week, and some weeks I do less, some weeks, more.

    You are not supposed to be on mfp, the rules state people should be 18+ and you are substantially below that.
    Sparkteens is your best bet.

    3. Weight? 169-173 depending on the day. My bodyfat is in the low to mid 20's (I had approx. 129 pounds of lean mass in July & I've been recomping since then as well). I wear a size 9/10 in jeans.
    4. Activity level? pretty high: job is on my feet, Crossfit 3-4x per week, run/hike 1-2x per week, yoga 1-2 classes per week, powerlift 3-4x per week, and a 2 hour olympic lifting class once per week.
    5. How many calories do you typically maintain on? 2700-3000
