I'm in Mason and workout 6 days a week. I was bad with logging this summer, but am back on track. Friend me if you want - the more encouragement, the better! :)

Hi Team Forest! My sincerest apologies for being way off track the past several weeks. Although I didn't gain, I sure didn't help us at all. This week has been great and I am back on track completely. With just five days of solid nutrition under my belt, I feel much more like myself. I never stopped exercising, but I did…

Zanne: Awesome to so many things. I loved all the pics I have seen and you two radiate happiness. I'm thrilled for you and it is fantastic that you have a great relationship with his daughters. You deserve it - enjoy every minute! gtd: I'm sorry you are struggling and I'm glad you posted here. I have been cycling up and…

Not much of a loss for me this week. I have been feeling bloated all week for reasons unknown. I have been extra sore lately so I wonder if it's related. I've always said weight loss would almost be easier for me if I didn't workout. But I have to work out to prevent insanity. :) I hope you all had a good week!!

Yay Team Forest! Keep it up, ladies. Congrats to everyone who is putting in some serious effort here.

Anna-a major high five to celebrate the 150s! Enjoy vacation and just keep things in check as best you can and you'll be alright. Life includes vacations (man, it better!) so we all have to learn to deal with them. Zanne- I laughed (literally!) out loud at the triangle and be costume. I so wish I could make the trip north…

Zanne- You know how I feel about the scale. She is a fickle....we'll just say beast. You are alcohol-free at the moment and she's still doing that to you?! Not cool, scale gods. Not cool. I am not ready to give up my once-a-week cocktail sessions, so I do spend the other 6 days of the week un-doing that before I can get to…

I'm having a good week so far. Scale hasn't dropped yet, but last week it didn't until Thursday, so I'm optimistic. How fun to have something new arriving! It can keep you going. :) Gooooooo Team!

I do mine a bit differently and it seems to work. Like you, I do a variety of activity for exercise: some days I circuit train, some days I run, some days I do weights and strength. Here's how I handle it: 1) I never take my Fitbit off (I have the Flex). 2) I never log any exercise of any kind into Fitbit. 3) I log all of…

Congratulations to the winners and to everyone who weighed in. Showing up is half the battle. Cheers to week 2! Jen

Excellent first week team! Anna and Zanne are at the same weight - congrats on your loses. I feel bummed about that because I could have been right there with you if I hadn't tanked in late winter. Congrats to both of you! We've been doing this together for a while now. Progress has happened for sure, as I'm still…

Team Forest is looking good so far! I hope everyone has a great week 2. I've got a busy morning, but I look forward to checking in later. Have a fun Friday everyone! -Jen

Congratulations - you have been killing workouts, so I would be surprised if it didn't stick. You are so close to goal. That wedding dress is going to rock! The scale finally moved for me today and I hope it does a little more tomorrow for weigh in. Go Forest!

When I weighed in this morning, I was up a pound more than I thought I was, so I may adjust the goal weight when she opens the spreadsheet again. I don't want to put too much pressure on myself. 10lbs or 12lbs? I need to make up my mind.... Here's to a killer start for all of us!
-
Hi Everyone! I'm excited to start tomorrow, too. My goals are: 1) P90x3, Ripped in 30 or Ripped with Weights at least 4 days each week 2) At least 1 run for stress relief each week 3) Stay under my calorie goal for each week 4) Alcohol one day per week only (this will be the most difficult and can affect #3) Water and…

Go Team Forest! We've got some runners here, so our team name is very applicable. :) -Jen

I registered and am excited for the added challenge. Thanks! Time to charge my Fitbit....

It's quite possible I am having an idiot moment, but mine also seems to be viewable only and I cannot edit my weight. Thanks again for all the work that goes into this! Jen

Hi Everyone - I love the accountability being on a team will provide. I've got 15-20 more pounds until goal and I am striving to be on maintenance this summer. Let's do this!
-
Great job, Anna! I had some craziness this week and didn't finish my diary some days and didn't exactly eat perfectly. I hate that I am still not sticking with it when my schedule gets thrown off. It never deters me from exercise. Have a good week everyone! SW: 169.8 Week 1: 172.8 and 168 exercise minutes Week 2: 172.4 and…

Our poor little tiny group keep getting tinier! I'm so glad all of you are still here!
-
Good morning! Don't freak out! I gained 4+ and it stuck around for three weeks, although it probably would have left sooner if I hadn't had such poor nutrition those weeks. Stay the course and you will have a huge drop. Mine hit this week - it was exciting to watch the scale drop and drop! SW: 169.8 Week 1: 172.8 and 168…

I don't like seeing the group get smaller, but I'm glad you are all still here and posting! Congrats for that! Stay with me until the end - I may not make it, but I'm not going anywhere. :) See you Saturday!

Good morning! I have adjusted to this TDEE thing and feel so much better eating at 1600/day. I don't plan on stopping my fitness regimen, so knowing I can eat at this level to lose makes me feel much more optimistic about maintenance. Because of switching to TDEE, I had a bump on the scale - up as much as 4-5 lbs. But I…

lol - we did it again and posted at the same time. :) I'll copy/paste to yours and delete mine. We should put our superpower to good use.

Hi everyone! After some serious calculations and averaging my daily burns from my fitbit, I upped my calories this week. In addition, I am struggling to stay motivated with nutrition, but I am fighting as best I can. I worked 4 12-hr days this week and am looking forward to having a "normal" week ahead. Ignore my diary for…

Excellent work to all of you! I'm so happy and proud of everyone who continues to check in. And thank you to everyone for the kind words and encouragement. The old Jen would have thrown in the towel and quit, but the new Jen doesn't roll that way. I wore my new jeans all weekend to remind myself why I am here and how hard…

Good job to both of you! I had a terrible week. I was inexplicably hungry all week and worked an insane number of hours. Even with a workout each day, I gained this week. (I really hope it's largely water) I probably ate at TDEE most days and I admit there was a lot of crap in there. I allowed myself to stress eat even…

Yesterday was rest for me and I took it. I was so sore. I upped my push up count to 35 and could really feel that. I will also never badmouth yoga again since it sure had me sore. Weigh in Saturday showed a 1.4 lb loss in week two, making it 3.4 so far. :) This morning I did Accelerator and still have trouble getting much…

Hi Everyone! Great work both of you! And huge kudos to Zanne - it is soooo cold down in Ohio so I cannot imagine what it's like up there. I'm loving p90x3 and highly recommend it to anyone considering it. SW: 169.8 Week 1: 172.8 and 168 exercise minutes Week 2: 172.4 and 185 exercise minutes Week 3: 169.8 and 250 exercise…
