I use AllWhites Egg Whites whenever I make things with eggs. 75mg of sodium for 3 Tbsp, but you also get 75 mg of Potassium. Done! My back is killing me from yesterday's exercises, so today's was a nightmare. Bicycle crunches nearly did me in, HAHA! Thankful to be done with them. Urgh... We should do burpees or standing twists!

Completed it! Ugh, am I sore. I worked out with the Boot Camp (program 1 and 2, 45 minutes total), and then The Skinny Rules Yoga #1 (30 minutes). I am so sore everywhere. I was already doing this with another group on MFP. No sweets/soda. I finally caved in yesterday after 20 solid days of nothing. And today I'm back on board with nothing. But it was nice to finally cave in and have some chocolate. I might do this one.

I did the 1/21/14 3 sets of 20 reps of squats. :) In addition I did The Biggest Loser Boot Camp (Program 1 and 2) for 45 minutes, and some extra stretching.
