Make sure you are eating snacks and maybe take a vitamin. You shouldn't feel hungry all the time. Make sure you eat plenty of healthy items not just what fits in your calorie range. Well, I think you look great. You shouldn't even worry about your weight you look healthy and isn't that the point? But to answer your question I'd guess 150 160 how much do you weigh? You can message it to me if you want and you can add me if you want.

What does OP stand for? I have been trying to exercise everyday even if it is just a little bit it is better then nothing. :) My plan is to buy more healthy food, veggies, string cheese and jello or pudding. Things that are good and filling. I want to also get some nuts which can help me feel full longer. Thanks everyone…
