11/1 173.8 12/1 170.6 total 3.2 lbs didn't reach my 5 pound goal but for a holiday month i don't think its to bad :/

very sad only lost 1.2 pounds this month. i still have alittle over a week left but it looks like this months 5 pound goal is not in the cards :(

could be. i dont need to weight the other food for today they all have labels. i also didn't exercise today which usually makes me really hungry.

i try not to think of it as cheating, and i try not to go over my calories more than 400. but usually i will have 1 meal per week where i indulge alittle. but i try to keep that meal under 1000 calories. dont go cheat the whole day and eat 3000 calories. and don't deprive yourself to much during the week. that will cause…

Pretty much your best option is diet mixers with lower calorie liqueur . jack and coke. vodka soda. you could make fresh fruit smoothies with alcohol at home but no bar will serve plain fruit without sugar additives.

i hear you! ive been fluctuating up a pound and down for 2 weeks, today was a good day though the scale said 172.6 not a big difference could be water but it boosted my motivation. seeing the scale go down does make a difference. i would suggest amping up your work out, and be patient. easier said than done :(
