  • me too 25 pounds gone aLittle more than half way to goal but ive been stuck at 160/158 for about 2-3 months now cant seem to get the drive to go to the gym more and be stricter with my calories.
  • yeah people didn't really comment on my weight loss unit like 20 pounds i think they don't want to say anything, like it would be implying that you were over weight. only people really close to me say anything at all.

  • thanks for the thoughts , i think i will try it out for a while to see how i feel. i know carbs are bad anyway and it makes so much sence to me. carbs are used for quick energy and our body uses it firs. so if your body has less carbs it will get energy from fat instead. at least thats what ive been told.

  • it has to be dietary I would do this diet where basically you cut out all things that commonly give people dietary problems for 2-3 weeks and then add them back one by one then see how your body reacts. cut out all , gluten, soy, dairy ,eggs, meat and artificial things and low sodium, pretty much eat vegan organic and then…

  • thanks fro the replies. i never thought when i started using this site that i would loose this much weight, ive never lost more than 5 pounds in my whole life. now almost 25 pounds later here i am, im only about 6 pounds away from were i started 3 years ago before i gained the weight.
  • i want to say congratulations, but, do have to say that the weight lost between those two pictures are at least 30-50 pounds 18 is a gross underestimation. i did read you didn't know your weight before hand, but you should know that you've lost way more than 18 pounds, and that you should be proud of.

  • alright that helps allot. i think im fairly accurate at guessing, but it will help to do it this way, it is more work but dieting is work so ill try to do this from now on. and i do make same things allot so having it saved will help. thanks so much for input.
  • yeah but when i cook im not making one serving im make big batch. so i would calculate the calories from the whole meal and then measure my portion and get the calories that way. ? math was never my strong suit i can even do fractions.

  • OMG i thought i was the only one who was excited for this too. i have big thighs and when i cross my legs the leg goes way out diagonally and everyone else i see their crossed leg falls gracefully beside/horizontally to the other leg. i want that too.
  • i hear you i was sticking to 1200 cal a day 1500 with exercise. it is hard but i saw results that way, however you are a little taller than me and i didn't loose 7 pounds in 14 days so i think its a little to aggressive for you start at 1400/1500 without exercise and see what happens.

  • well i have been constant this month with logging, but i do try to stay under 1500. but ive only had it the last 3 days. i think i might have drank to much one night celebrating. but its the first time i almost puked because of it. i was wondering if there were nay remedy's to get rid of it.
