How many calories do you think is in this?

I'm eating lunch with my sister today at her school and I bought one of these salads. Just wondering how many calories there could be? Just an estimate? (Not counting the items on the lid:Rasians,cheese,crackers, and ranch)

    I dunno, 40 for the veggies and another.... 100 max for the turkey (if that's what it is).

    I'd starve.

    I get stuff like that from our deli and they average it around 230

    40-50 calories for the veggies.
    30-40 for what looks like a very light sprinkle of cheese
    50-100 calories for the turkey.

    So total 120 - 190 calories.

    Probably about 200 if that's turkey and a little cheese in there. No dressing? I could never!
