low carb thoughts?
im looking for someone who is versed on nutrition , and what their thoughts on low carb diets. i need to improve my diet, and my father who is also mind you type 2 diabetic has lost like over 20 pounds in like 2-3 months from changing his diet idk if its a long term thing but wondering if its successful.

so excited yesterday i weighed myself and the scale read 159.8 just under 160! ive been struggling for over a month with the same 3 pounds, bouncing from 161-163. i was so happy, i was jumping up and down like a little school girl. sw: 184 cw: 159.8 gw: 140-145 so motivated right now.

quest bars, love
i honestly think microwaved cookie dough quest bars are one of the most heavenly treats i can eat, its delicious. it tasts like a soft melty chocolate chip cookie its sooo good only microwave for 15 secounds though or it gets stiff.

ive lost 5 chihuahuas
its just so crazy my chihuahua weighs about 3.5 pounds i have lost 5 of him picturing myself walking around with 5 chihuahuas strapped to me is funny but also crazy to think thats what i was lugging around.

how many pounds do you have to loose to go down a pant size. i now 174 am a 13/14 woman's and when i was 150 i was a 10/11 i want to be an 8 in my dream world how much weight would that be. would i have to be 140/135 to be a size i thought 15 pounds equaled a pant size but that doesn't add up.
