i need to get back on track

i am having a hard time getting back on track after my vacation. i need to eat less than 1400 to loose weight and i know ppl will disagree, but for me its what ive found to be true. but i cant seem to get my diet back to were it was im stuck at 166/165 and its frustrating i know what i need to do. but i just seems i cant push myself to the next level.

feeling alittle stuck i only have 20 pounds till ultimate goal, i really want to reach it :( . i need to log more often, more accurately, reduce calories, and step up exercise.

i just have to do it!

    You are right...you just have to do it! No one can get you back on track except for you. Try and remember how good it feels to be in control, to know you are eating what you need to achieve your goals. Visualize yourself at your goal, and then do what you need to do to get there!
