This is my progress so far. I've started my journey 3 months ago. My first goal is to reach 165 lbs, and my ultimate goal is 140 lbs. I'm 5'6".:)

I started from 181 pounds although in the before picture I think I am in the 170's, I can't remember. I am pretty sure I never had a picture taken of me at my highest. And then in the After picture I am 139 although now I am 135 and probably won't update it again until I am 130 or maybe at my goal weight of 120 .

I'm 5'4.5". At my heaviest I was 249.9lbs. Now I'm 185lbs. I still have about 30lbs to go.
