I have hypothyroidisim so no soy milk for me (soy does no good for the thyroid). And other milks besides cow milk are incredibly expensive, so... cow milk for me I hate it though, can only drink it with honey or chocolate lol

check your iron too what helps me is doing a walk first thing in the morning, just after breackfast and another one before dinner, I also drink a cup of green or red tea after lunch, less caffeine than coffee make sure you are sleeping at least 7 hours and try to go to bed everyday at the same hour

thank you all, I do need to be more patient... its just that I've been overweight my whole life and sometimes I forget that I only have 28lbs to lose those sad feelings where probably my thyroid messing with me... its been a really stressfull month
