We go to Chili's, and Red Robin more often then not. Their menu is fairly easy to pick from. If I go somewhere else, I try to look online and pre pick what I am going to eat. Most of the time I'll get something that's a bit higher in calories, and cut it in half. Or, substitute a side with broccoli.

There's a big difference between people who are moderately/heavily tattooed and someone who has a handful of very small, easily covered tattoos. I fall into the first category, and everyone I know who brings up that they are tattooed does too.

I'm 5'4/5" and am 210. I started off last summer at 235 pounds. I've gotten down to 193 recently, and then putzed around and gained back up to 210. I am getting married in April, and I want to get down to 185 before then. I am really going to try to push myself, and keep myself motivated to lose the weight.
