Carbs, sugars, sodium could all be making you bloat. Usually if you're gaining weight, you're eating more than you're burning. Drink more water, eat more protein and get enough sleep.

I never liked soda, but diet anything is bad for you. Just drink the real soda.

I put stickers on my calendar to mark the days that I've gone to the gym. It helps remind me when I'm slacking!

I have green coffee bean extract but I don't like the caffeine in it. :( Sometimes I think I should just go back on Adderall even though it's the devil's drug.

I don't eat McDonald's unless I'm severely intoxicated or being peer pressured by family & it's a dire emergency. Lol.

Ginger tea, boiled ginger, ginger powder ...seriously, try ginger. Saltines or dry toast always help me, similar to white rice or other bland foods. Pretzels, potatoes. Soup broth? Cereal, rice cakes, frozen yogurt bars, etc.

People always treat me differently depending on my size. But I would just as easily befriend someone overweight or obese as I would someone who was normal or underweight. To each his own. I don't make judgements based on peoples' size.

Some of you need to check your language. If she's experiencing disordered behavior, what good does it do to call her immature, insult her or make judgements about her age? It's completely irrelevant and even bordering on hurtful. And that just makes YOU look immature. :)

It sounds like stress from work to me. When I'm tired, exhausted or frustrated from work I tend to overeat or defy my eating plan even though I know it hurts me in the end.
