Good morning everyone! I started Jillian's 30DS last night. I thought it was ok although I feel like I need to do more. I did 1/2 hr of running this morning for a burn of 344 calories. I'll be doing my second day of 30DS tonight.

I wouldn't recommend it. I bought a sportsline for $55+ and hated it. I initially purchased that 'cause I didn't want to spend a whole lot but in the end I ended up spending more because I had to get a new one. I got the polar ft4 and I love it:love:. It was about $90+ I think it's totally worth it.

Good morning! I did Max Interval Circuit this morning. It was a crazy 59 min workout but I'm glad I toughed through it. Now, I just have to get through my work day.

Yea. I usually do additional stuff on Thurs. when it's my recovery day and Sun. my off days. My bf says I should take those days to recover from all of the insane workouts but I don't go too crazy with the additional workout (run/bike ride with puppy) I think this week I'll be able to do it on my Max Cardio Conditoning day.

I've definitely seen results. I recently switched my workout time from after work to before work. It really sucks getting up but by the time Shaun says "last one, breathe in" I'm so glad I got it out of the way.

I found this at the right time. I just started my second week of month 2 of INSANITY. I only have 3 weeks left but I feel like I'm going to need all the support I can get to really tough out these last days.
