Same story here. I didnt quite reach my goal weight but got under 200 lbs for the first time since my early 20's. I got too comfortable, and today I weigh 235 :(. Just to update! :) Havent run an "official" 5k since my last one. But i do time my runs and have my 5k now down under 27 minutes, my last one being 26:59..yes it's a second and it totally counts!! haha I usually run close to a 10k when I do run, so I look at my splits and get my 5k time from the map my fitness app. I…

that is awesome stef!! I was also told I am now considered prediabetic. I no longer take the meds for diabetes and I no longer take the blood pressure meds. It's a wonderful feeling! Feel proud girl!!

kp...you can do it! I am also diabetic. I now am off the diabetic meds as well as the blood pressure meds. Diet and exercise are me meds now and they can be yours too!!

good for you!! I was at XXL as well and now can wear a large. I also was on blood pressure meds and I am diabetic. I now manage my diabetes with diet and exercise and no medication and am off the blood pressure pills!

well my heaviest was a few years ago. In August I was around 285ish. So since August I have lost appx. 70 lbs. When I started running I couldnt make it half a block before feeling like I was gonna die! lol I just kept pushing for more. You'll get there just keep at it! :)

once had a boil on the inside of my *kitten* cheek, Tried to pop it to soon and it popped under my skin. Never thought to measure mine until I aw this thread.
