When I have any lower body injuries, I always revert to kickboxing punches! All kinds of them in a bit of a circuit. Keeps you going while recovery. I did this after back surgery and I kept my fitness level. Hope this helps!

I am doing ZCut along with my strength program. I started ZCut on 2/1 and I love it!!

I use running shoes for running and training shoes for training. You are using different angles/flexion with those programs. For training, I usually use Nike Free, Reebok Realflex or Under Armour (can't remember the model). For running, I am a mizuno girl. :-)

Totally agree with the low to mid-rise...I fit for the hips and move on, it isn't worth the aggravation. Tops are always tapered in to show off the waist. :tongue:

I am doing a combo of Asylum 2 + Venus Index (not a DVD program). I have a half marathon in November so I am also still clocking some miles running.

I once was told my legs looked like the goodyear blimp and in a separate convo that my legs were like tree trunks. Yeah, I guess my issue is my legs, LOL. Grrrrr.

I am 5'8 and I am currently at 140 and a US size 8. I have been as low as 130 and that is where I look my best so that is what my goal is. So, I think the 126 is attainable if you desire it. I hope that helps!

Also, If you have the RTD, you should have the calculator that will calculate it for you. :-) This should be right on your VI main page. At least that is where mine is. I hope that helps!
