I don't have pics (well, no before pics because I avoided the camera like the plague, but I do have some pics at my low weight), but I am 5'7". I generally used to hang out in the 170-190 range, but after I had my son (I gained a lot of weight while pregnant) and my weight settled, I was 235.8. My lowest weight on MFP was 153.8, so 82 pounds lost.
Right now I'm pregnant again, so, well, a current pic would be inappropriate in this thread!
As far as sizes, I wore a tight (US) 16 at 235.8, but when I was at 153.8, I wore a (US) 6, and in some stores that were a little more generous (Old Navy and Ann Taylor, namely), I wore a (US) 4. There were a few less generously-sized brands (namely, Brooks Brothers) where I could wear anywhere from a 4 to an 8, depending on the cut. I went from wearing an XL to a S (or an XS in some stores).0 -
Awesome thanks for sharing everyone. I'm 5'60

SW: 195 lbs
CW: 187.5 lbs

I'm a little taller, at 5'8, and I'm still in progress. I'm looking to lose another 20 lbs or so.
I started out at 189.2 lbs
And I'm currently at 155.
You look amazing!!!! I'm 5'7.5 and started at 184 lbs wanting to get down to about 144, I think. But man~ 155 looks great, too! I love these threads they're very motivating and give me an idea of where I want to be. Do you mind me asking what size you wear now?
Excellent results everyone! You ladies keep me moving!0 -

Hi, I'm 5'6 and I started at 252 in June 2012 and am now 201, I'd like to be around 180 for my birthday on February 25th 2013 and then reach my goal of 150 in June 2013 (exactly a year after I started). I cut out chocolate and crisps and pretty much all junk food, I eat as clean as possible with lots of protein, fruit and veggies. From doing zero exercise a few months ago, I now work out 5 days a week and walk every day at work. I have another 50lbs to lose, but I know I can do it, I'm never going back!
My family has a long history of heart disease and complications, which is always in the back of my mind. I've changed my lifestyle for me, for my own self-esteem and confidence, but also because of my knowledge of my families health history. Having a strong heart is important! :drinker:
I loved reading through everyones stories, they are incredibly inspiring. We can achieve anything if we put our mind to it and stay dedicated!
Just updating my pic, as I've lost another 22lbs since I posted, here's the latest:

The end of my first semester of college I was 195 lbs... I am now 157 lbs 2 years later!!0 -
I've taken 'before' pictures but have only been taking this seriously for about a week and haven't had the courage to post them. I'm 22 and about 181lbs/82kg and want to get down to about 140lbs/63kg.
All of the stories on here are inspirational. Anyone feel free to add me because I need a lot of support and motivation as I'm not the best at pushing myself0 -

what iv done so far!0 -
5ft6.5 - start weight 175
finish weight 125 (though I fluctuate as high as 135 and back again)
Before:
My size 16(UK) baggy jeans were skin tight and uncomfortable but nothing else would fit.
After:
A size 8(UK) dress that was too big for me! There's about a two year difference between the pics, it took a while, but it was worth it!
For the first time in my life, NO cankles!
This is quite encouraging because my start weight is similar to yours as well as my height. I've always told myself that 150 is the lowest I can go and that I couldn't possibly maintain anything below. My husband is always encouraging me that I can do it but I shut him down. Your progress is inspiring! Thanks for sharing.0
