    Can someone please describe Asiago cheese for me.

    Very similar to Parmesan, just a little stronger. You could use Parmesan, Romano, Manchego - any harder cheese - in its place. I used the dehydrated Kraft Parmesan and it was tasty. I would normally prefer an actual wedge of cheese, and grate it fresh, but I happened to be out.

    Thank you! Funny, I had in my head that I'd probably just use Parmesan regardless. Can't wait to try this now.

    Ooh yum! Made something similiar, but used nutritional yeast instead of cheese, for my vegan daughter and they really turned out super delish. Will be making many times this fall/winter for a side dish or just a great warm snack!
