Use your rest day as a workout day. If you aren't feeling well tomorrow, use your second rest day as well.

My diet is all over the place. On average, I eat about 1500-2000 calories a day. I'm 5'5 and I currently weigh 150

Lol I do the workouts I missed but I have gotten so far into the program and I don't really wanna start over

I don't know I still feel stronger and I can handle the workouts a lot better than when I first started. I would probably have the same problem of I started over again. Sometimes I skip workouts because I just don't have the time.

Thanks for all of the advice. I think that this because I am retaining water. I don't drink enough water during the day and this might be my problem. Any advice on how to lose the water weight?
