  • I can totally can relate to this. I get very dizzy when I'm on a restrictive calorie controlled diet. With all the physical activities combined with diet I think you are likely dizzy every now and then. For me I got dizzy at least twice a week, usually in the evening. I would just drink more water. If your dizzy spells…

  • You should weigh yourself first thing in the morning, after going to toilet if possible. For me It gives you an accurate showing on the scale.
  • Oh gawd I know how you feel. In fact I just had a weekend binge! :( On Saturday after finishing my late shift I ate about 2000 more calories than I should. Then yesterday I decided to have another day of eating whatever I want. Lots of sugary snacks, alot of bread, lots of fattening food. Must have been 7000 calories or…

  • I myself was on a a very low calorie diet, roughly 1,800 cals, exercising 5x a week. Lost 1 stone in a month which was too quick!! (but at the same time i was a bit happy to lose it even though I knew that was not a safe way to achieve it) Learning from my mistake in my experience you lose weight too quick, the weight will…

  • Does aspartame cause weight gain? Say if I had a diet coke wouldn't the aspartame or any other artificial sweeteners store that as fat in my body?
  • @ladynocturne thanks for the reply, much appreciated :) I think tomorrow im going to increase my calorie limit. On some days I don't have time to exercise so I hope 1994 or under 2000 calories per day will help me maintain my current weight.
  • My apologies, I'm a bit of a newbie. I am 5'6 25 year old male weighing around 10 stone 9 pounds. I set a calorie limit of 1, 450 a day I eat a very low fat diet, eat plenty of fruits & fish. I don't log my calories in my food diary. Should I be doing this on MFP?
  • Yes i've done this before! Gawd i was bit dissapointed in myself but it's not the end of the world, things like these happens to me & most dieters i believe. I guess was too hungry so i ate more. On that day I overate I spent more time in the gym say another 20mins running,
  • I would never do cheat days. After I lost weight last year I decided to have at least 2-3 cheat days a month. On those days I gained weight so quick I don't know how bodies work but I've learned from my lesson. I believe it's to do with body types as my body type says that I can gain fat or muscle easily.
  • Can anybody post or provide any true evidence about the amount of calories/nutrition it has. I also found out that some companies, retailers or manufactures do not have to provide the actual accurate nutrition information. Is that true? I bought 5 packs and I hope that what it says about the calories & nutrition info are…
