I am a beginner in counting calories and at the moment I'm struggling a bit to see if the calories I counted are accurate and correct. Please can you tell me if I am right or wrong in my food calorie calculations below. I would kindly like to know the calories in each full packet not per 100g. I have posted the links below for each of the food items, much appreciated & many thanks

per full packet calories:

Asda Butchers Selection Beef Mince Extra Lean = 305 calories

ASDA Silverside Beef = 154 calories

ASDA Extra Special 4 Venison Burgers = 584 calories

ASDA Butchers Selection Turkey Breast Diced = 432 calories

Wild West Spicy Beef Jerky = 75 calories

TOTAL CALORIES: 1550

I checked the first one for you (the beef mince extra lean) and you've got that right, 305 calories for the entire 250 g package.

I suggest you first log and log on mfp all of your foods until you finally memorized almost all foods.

look on the database, it should say per pack or per xxxg... or look on the actual packet of food....

confused as to why you would not just look in MFP database …or google these items?
