Thank you everyone for your support. i'm not really sad about being diagnosed. i'm happy that i have some answers. i'm sad that it's caused a toll on my relationships/friendships. i'm picking up the pieces and trying to figure things out, i guess is the best way to put it.

Thank you. I have to resort to forums, since I don't have many people in my life. I tried to talk to my mother about it and she completely shut down and said there was no way i could have bipolar disorder because she's perfect and stuff. Don't get me started -_- I'm glad I have MFP to say the least.

bumblebreezy9 Thank you so much for that post. That was really insightful and helpful. Luckily I haven't done too many stupid things. But now that you mention drinking, when I do drink, I get blackout drunk and can't stop. But then I don't touch alcohol again. Unless I'm going out to get drunk...which I haven't in over 2…

I told my best friend to tell me when she notices episodes with me. I'm currently taking my medicine. It's day one. I feel zen after taking my klonopin. It feels weird though, becfause that's not my 'normal' feel. Thank you for your tips. :)

I take adderall for my ADD. I can't take SSRI or SNRI. The last time I was on them I almost killed someone. I get really angry and aggressive on SSRI/SNRI's. They bounced me to quite a few different ones and I reacted the same way on each of them. The Klonopin and adderall seems to work good together so far. I used to be…

aside from the bipolar I've been diagnosed with social anxiety, generalized anxiety, post traumatic stress disorder, add and "general depression". which I didn't understand teh general depression one. Because I'm not depressed in general. I am either awesome feeling or I am not motivated to do anything and i let…

They have me on Klonopin and Adderall. I can hardly keep friendships going in real life, let alone a relationship. And I don't notice my spells. Luckily my doctor has noticed that my sleeping cycle doesn't affect my mood like it does most others. I was just wondering if there was anything I needed to know..or do. This is…

I did a little past 6 months. Trust us women, breastmilk is far, far, far better than your 20 lb. It will come off. It just takes time and it's slow. Unless you have a personal trainer every morning. :)

I feel your pain. I gained 90 lb during my pregnancy. 20 of it dropped off after I had my son. Once I stayed home and breastfed, I gained 20 pounds back. Since then, I have been trying to get the weight off. I've only gotten around 15 pounds off so far. It's tough losing baby weight.

Now I want some, damn you!

i do too. anyone is welcome to add me. and I want people to tell me the truth about my foods lol

Mine went missing for a year, then I bled for a year. This was in high school. After the birth of my son, I had it while I was breast feeding. And when we quit that, it went missing again for 3 months, then it came back with vengeance... and took 2 months to go away. I was medicated both times for the bleeding to go away.

Don't ask her on New Years or Christmas. It's overused. Other than that, just ask her, be romantic about it.

Hello, I gain weight in my chest too, but I also am able to lose it. I even out at a C, I am a DD right now. I can't imagine what it's like to be a size H. Looking at your image on your account, I see a beautiful, curvy lady. I think that if your boobs are bothering you so much, you should consider a reduction. I think…

thank you! I was trying to figure out my TDEE and try to figure it out from there, but I got a little confused. I plan on having to modify for at least one to two weeks. I hope that after that point in time, I will be able to do the exercises correctly. :)

It's bothering you because you pay for your membership. They may be low income, and can't afford it. I honestly wouldn't say anything. It's not your business, unless they harm you. The gym should watch their doors better.

I am looking forward to starting this, this evening. After my little one decides to sleep. ;) He's trying to close my laptop as we speak.

Thank you everyone! I am looking forward to it. I was doing Tae Bo with Billy Blanks but I fell off the bandwagon when exams came up. I'm really excited to start. So the videos are 2 hours long? Do you guys do this in the morning or evening? I have a little infant, so I'm trying to figure out if I should do this at night…

Thank you. I expect it to be hard, but I am looking forward to it. I can't do a push up to save my life...so hopefully as time progresses, I'll be able to do at least that. Can I add you?

I was told that I looked like a football player, keep in mind this was when I was 160 lb, 6'0" tall and in a size 7 and not eating. I also was told that I looked ugly in my clothes, by my ex boyfriend because I was "so fat". Keep in mind he was over 300 lb by the time I walked out on his *kitten*. I've also had the "if you…

I ate 1827 by guesstimating. I didn't really eat much. I was in a very uncomfortable place. I had to go to my boyfriends mothers side of the family. They're all crazy and some of them are really insulting (Y) Anyway, the cheesecake was delicious. :) I had a lot of fun chasing my child around though. I had to guesstimate…
