I used to weigh myself frequently but I've gotten to the point that I care more about how my clothes are fitting, so I weigh myself once every few weeks. I honestly forget to weigh myself.

For a while I thought the way she did, until last year when I met the most amazing guy. So amazing in fact he just scrubbed all my hardwood floors by hand because I broke the mop.. but he's extremely supportive of me eating better and working out. It really helps.

A cup = 8 ounces of fluid, so a small drinking cup. Average coffee cup is 6-8 ounces. Wine glasses usually hold 5 ounces :)

Most likely muscle gain. Everyone will eventually gain some muscle from strength training, but you should start going back to losing weight. Maybe even faster with extra muscle. None, lol, breasts contain stored fat. You could keep them perky with a lot of chest exercises but they will shrink some. I wouldn't mind losing about 15 lb of mine :p

The calories it allows you to eat is already deficit from the natural calories you burn all day. So therefore when you exercise you need to eat a bit more to keep up your metabolism, especially if you have something with protein in it right after you workout. Our city water tastes too much like chlorine so it's strictly bottled water for me. As for which is better for you, probably depends on the bottling source/producer vs cities regulations.

I think, for me, its being in the 'safe zone'. Those of us that have been overweight most of our lives just don't have an alternate view, this is all we know. I'm ready to change that.
