@RainaProske I plan on being at the high end. If I am eating the proper nutrition, I am not going to worry about what others say. However, if it affects my health then I will be so excited to eat more.

Depends on what you call a success. 5'3" began at 176 got down to 122, but regained a few (back to back business travel, holidays) Now at 135. Goal is to be in the 110's.

@120poundstogo Basically what you are doing is intermittent fasting (IF) by going 18 hours without food. I do the same however my fasting period is 11pm-5pm while yours is 5pm-11am. I find it helps to control my appetite too. The bonus is that there are tons of benefits outside of weight loss by fasting :)

I do IF too. 5:2 with 18:6 (eating window is from 5-11pm). Love my fast days. 18:6 is not necessary though; I use it as a tool to control calories.

I love, love Crystal Light, especially Lemon Ice Tea. Drink it everyday. I've lost a fair amount of weight whilst drinking so it hasn't hindered my progress.

@anukriti25 18:6 is just about timing, not calorie restriction. I don't eat until 5pm and have a 6 hour eating window for the health benefits associated with a longer fast without food. I find that fasted cardio is an appetite suppressant for me. Also I follow an 18:6 feeding schedule, so my body is used to eating all the calories at night.

I am a big fan of IF. I combine 5:2 and 18:6 together. It takes a few to get used to it, but my body loves it. It's all about genetics and age. I lost 50, am old, had a C-section and was overweight for the majority of my life. I have loose skin. (bat wings & bum) But when it comes to self care and your health, you will be so much better off.
