Depends on what you call a success. 5'3" began at 176 got down to 122, but regained a few (back to back business travel, holidays) Now at 135. Goal is to be in the 110's.6
-
@memickee : I ended up weighing 113. Some people say I am too thin, including my nutritionist. I don't agree. What if you get in the 110s and decide you are too thin. Do you have a plan?0
-
@RainaProske I plan on being at the high end. If I am eating the proper nutrition, I am not going to worry about what others say. However, if it affects my health then I will be so excited to eat more.2

My senior year in high school was when I weighed my heaviest.. About 245 lbs at 17 years old
A year and almost 40 lbs later and I am still losing!
Once I began losing the weight, i felt like an entirely new person. I love working out & actually crave healthy food now (with some dark chocolate & angel food cake as an exception!)
High school sucks but getting healthier was the best decision I have ever made for myself & my future.6 -

I`m only half way there, but it took me a year to lose 10 kg (22 lbs) and I have 10 more to go for my perfect weight. I`m 5`1 tall and it`s been really hard the past few months to get motivated. I recently rejoined MFP and I hope I`ll start losing again soon. Good luck to all of you

5'1 here, I actually lost 4 more pounds since I took my most recent progress photo- I'll take another one later
