Hey everyone, do I fit in this group? Turning 40 this summer and I'm trying something new this time around: Not dieting and simply improving my relationship with food and exercise. Only rule for me at the moment is to log on MFP and count my calories. Feeling great so far !!! Looking for buddies !

Last week my 3 kids helped me declutter their bedroom closet and mine too. We donated about 12 bags of clothes!!! 12!!! Felt so good!!! Next stop is the kitchen. Question to those who got rid of bad relationships...how did you do it ? Simply stopped talking to them? Did you let them know you were going to stop? Thanks!

Thanks everyone ! All your comments are so motivational to me. I had a good day today... no sugars and back on keto type foods. I also went for a run to get the negative energy out of my system too. And yes it is all willpower !!! I won't be perfect but I'll never give up

Thanks everyone . I made the decision to have vodka/soda. No regrets at all. I'm that person that drinks once every 6-8 months so I was happy with my decision. Thanks for all your advice !

I'm a mom of 3 (5,3 and 11 months) and also recently went back to work full time. It is truly a struggle! I was running 3x a week before going back to work and was so good with nutrition. Now I'm tired, stressed out and can't seem to find time for anything. Give yourself a break!! One thing at a time!! And yes sleep comes…

You have a newborn and your not sleeping a lot, so give yourself a break, take it slowly. Try and make one healthy change at a time. At some point you'll feel better and you'll be ready for bigger change. I also am a mom of 3 kids, my last one is only 12 weeks old. You do your best with what you have.

Mom of 3 here: 5,2 and 8 weeks... Also having more bad days then I should in terms of food... But I'm looking at it long term and trying not to feel guilty every time I go over my calories.

Had mine removed 5 years ago (6 weeks after my 1st C-Section...awful timing). The first 4 months were difficult, nothing would stay in my stomach...now I eat pretty much anything.
