If you go to your food dairy and type in the word "Breastmilk or Breastfeeding" you will get a list, just add it to you menu and it will adjust you calories. When I was nursing my daughter my lacatation consultant told me I should be burning 500 calories. Also, when I was nursing I ate 1500 calories per day.

I am Binge Eating Disorder due to depression and anxiety. When I am depressed or have anxiety about day to day life problems I binge eat beyond feeling full. However, I feel that your are not a Binge Eater just someone who overeats because you are not taking in but 800 calories a day.

I have never met any of MFP friends due to most of them live in the Midwest, or in a different country. I am from the East Texas area and I have a hard time finding MFP friends that are for my area who is serious about MFP.

Hello Mariah, You have to find a DVD that works best for you! I workout to Denise Austin's Burn Fat Fast Cadio Blast. Also, I don't like working out to Youtube Videos because sometimes the fed is too slow and they are not at a consisted rate when too many people are streaming the video at one time.
