My advice is to start with one thing and then the rest will fall into place. Fresh fruits and veggies are key to a healthier diet. as for the highblood prersure and sugar that will most likely correct itself with the weight loss. First and foremost though see a doctor about the depression.

There is not a correct set amount to drink. The best thing to guage if you are drinking enough water to do use the urine color chart.

i eat whatever i want, and only eat until i am full. I try not to go to crazy and stay reasonable with my intake

i also have that dreaded pouch. i had mine almost 2 years ago and i have random pains in the area as well. i have heard that pilates can help as it engages all of your core. i havent tried this yet.

i avoid it as it triggers migraines for me. there is always going to be reasons not to eat and use things in this world, i say to each his own.

if i drink anything other thatn water i log it. if i use any crystal light or special k packets for my water i log that as well. i am like you i log individual ingredients as well, to be more accurate. people make things so many different ways that it can alter the counts drastically.

mfp already builds in a deficit into your calorie intake. if you do not eat back your exercise calories your body may not be getting enough fuel and could eventually go into starvation mode and cause you to plateau or gain back weight.

get an insulated lunch box and some of the reusable ice packs. they are great at keeping things cold so they wont ruin. also to help keep the lunch box cold freeze your green tea or water. just take a drink out of the bottle so there is room to expand!

i second this one!! the site even shows you which items to pair with which at several stores to get the most for your money. some of the stores include walgreens, cvs, and target. i am on this site several times a week. i recommend getting a binder with dividers and those plastic sheets to help sort organize your coupon.

are you eating your exercise calories? you may not be giving your body enough fuel. trying drinking chocalate milk, peanut butter, or nuts to increase your calories.
