I didn't run today, legs were pretty sore this morning so I just did Shred and spent a lot of time walking with the dog trying to loosen up. Now I'm just hoping I won't tighten up this evening. Tomorrow I'm planning on Shred and C25K though!0 -

Only 257 minutes this week mostly walking and gardening. Also did a Latin Core workout. Ouch, found some forgotten muscles.

So the week looks like a total of 340 minutes and 2934 calories burned! Not bad for being out of town for two days!0
