Wednesday - 70 minutes (C25K W7/D2 and extra walking, poor dog stayed home today)

Friday - 85 minutes (C25K W7/D3 and walked the dog)

Saturday was supposed to be 10 miles cut down to 4 with a stupid thunderstorm. I'll try again on Sunday to get it in. At least 6 of it to make up the 10, but truly I'd like to do the whole 10. We'll see what time I get up in the morning. I'd have to be out on the road about 6:30 am. I'm NOT a morning person. But I could do this!0 -

I did my 10 miles and even managed to get up early! So glad I did, the weather was perfect and I got it done so I can relax this afternoon. Plus, the weather looks gross now, storms are coming again I think.

Hello Ladies. I am back after a long leave from the site. I would like to jump right in this week. I had a car accident in July that sent me through a stage of depression and a knee injury that made me totally unable to do any cardio. Can I say inability to do cardio sent my stress levels into overdrive as well as my craving for comfort food. I hope to be totally released from the sports doctor today.
