    Tue: 120 min = 35 min bike, 25 min elliptical, 60 min weights
    Wed: 80 min = 35 min elliptical, 35 min bike, 10 min weights
    Thu: 80 min = 40 min bike, 40 min weights
    Fri: 35 min walking

    Monday - 70 minutes (C25K W7/D1 and walked the dog)
    Tuesday - 60 minutes (30min walking the dog; 30min Leslie Sansone dvd)
    Wednesday - 70 minutes (C25K W7/D2 and extra walking, poor dog stayed home today)
    Thursday - 30 minutes walking the dog
    Friday - 85 minutes (C25K W7/D3 and walked the dog)
    Saturday -
    Sunday -

    315 minutes done, 45 to go!

    Monday = Rest
    Tuesday = 35 minutes running = 380 calories
    Wednesday = 90 minute bike ride = 530 calories
    Thursday = 110 minutes running/cool down walk = 1179 calories
    Friday = Rest
    Saturday = 45 minutes running = 462 calories

    Saturday was supposed to be 10 miles cut down to 4 with a stupid thunderstorm. I'll try again on Sunday to get it in. At least 6 of it to make up the 10, but truly I'd like to do the whole 10. We'll see what time I get up in the morning. I'd have to be out on the road about 6:30 am. I'm NOT a morning person. But I could do this!

    I did my 10 miles and even managed to get up early! So glad I did, the weather was perfect and I got it done so I can relax this afternoon. Plus, the weather looks gross now, storms are coming again I think.

    For the week.... 395 minutes = 3581 calories burned! Pretty pumped!

    Hello Ladies. I am back after a long leave from the site. I would like to jump right in this week. I had a car accident in July that sent me through a stage of depression and a knee injury that made me totally unable to do any cardio. Can I say inability to do cardio sent my stress levels into overdrive as well as my craving for comfort food. I hope to be totally released from the sports doctor today.

    Legs are sore this morning from starting Shred yesterday. Not sure if I'm going to run today or not, will see how I'm doing after Shred this morning.

    I didn't run today, legs were pretty sore this morning so I just did Shred and spent a lot of time walking with the dog trying to loosen up. Now I'm just hoping I won't tighten up this evening. Tomorrow I'm planning on Shred and C25K though!

    Tuesday - 45 min walking and 25 min weights--391 cal
    Wednesday -90 min walking--563 cal
    Thursday - 150 min walking(was on sales floor today)--782 cal

    Saturday -60 min walking--376 cal
    Sunday - rest

    Total minutes = 505 min
    Total calories burned - 3008
