    Monday - 93 minutes (C25K Week 8/Day1; walked the dog; 30 Day Shred Level 1/Day 1)
    Tuesday - 125 minutes (Shred L1/D2; walked the dog)

    Total: 218 done, 142 to go

    I didn't run today, legs were pretty sore this morning so I just did Shred and spent a lot of time walking with the dog trying to loosen up. Now I'm just hoping I won't tighten up this evening. Tomorrow I'm planning on Shred and C25K though!

    Just amazing how fast and how long you can run when a thunderstorm is rolling in, even after Shred and mowing! Guess I need to push myself more during my normal runs.

    Only 257 minutes this week mostly walking and gardening. Also did a Latin Core workout. Ouch, found some forgotten muscles.
    I think I am over the worst of this bug and ready to get on the move again.

    Saturday = didn't count all the walking around at the concert
    Sunday = 40 minutes running = 396 calories + 30 minutes swimming (no HRM on for that)

    So the week looks like a total of 340 minutes and 2934 calories burned! Not bad for being out of town for two days!
