Also, experience tells many people that they can lose weight sometimes by…
  • My theory is that we eat well and exercise reasonably and let the poundsfall where they may! The stoopid ol' scale may surprise us from time to time (in either direction), but in the L-O-O-O-O-O-N-G run, it will reflect our good habits........and we also will be HEALTHIER!!:drinker: !!!:drinker:
  • Also, good toknow for all sorts of random activities (including intimate relations:embarassed: ): go to caloriesperhour.com and you can find lots of info.

  • You don't mention how much below your calories you were....and I am assuming you added all of your exercise calories and ate them, too. It is amazing, but it works in the long run to eat everything you are allowed on your plain! A big amen to what doctor k said....keep up the good work, esp the workouts!!!!

  • Hi, my name is Debbie and I am a peanut butter addict. I ordered the PB2 from bell plantation and have found it a pretty good substitute, but not "the same" as good old JIf......still, when I just need a little fix, it serves the purpose and often keeps me from falling off the wagon! :ohwell:
  • Welcome! I just stumbled across this and it has been great for me. I have recommended it to everyone whether they have 10 or 200 pounds to lose!!!!! I have a friend who underwent bariatric surgery (gastric bypass) and spent the most horrendous 6 months of her life getting her body under control....a coma, many…

  • RATATOUILLE!!!!!! You all must try this....it is the best stuff ever! I guess with the movie last year, everyone knows how to pronounce it, but you must eat the stuff. • I AM a doctor (doctora) and I can say (in a very scientifically sound tone) that there IS a way to spot reduce fat: after a good day of healthy dieting and exercise, stand naked in front of a full-length mirror and stare very angrily   at those areas you wish to reduce! well.....:ohwell: it works as well as…
