My theory is that we eat well and exercise reasonably and let the poundsfall where they may! The stoopid ol' scale may surprise us from time to time (in either direction), but in the L-O-O-O-O-O-N-G run, it will reflect our good habits........and we also will be HEALTHIER!!:drinker: !!!:drinker:

You don't mention how much below your calories you were....and I am assuming you added all of your exercise calories and ate them, too. It is amazing, but it works in the long run to eat everything you are allowed on your plain! A big amen to what doctor k said....keep up the good work, esp the workouts!!!!

That's how I feel too.....I already have gone days or even a couple of weeks without logging and find that I can at least maintain, if not lose. SOOO all that being said, it appears to be an individual thing....kind of whatever you need/want to do! But isn't this a super-cool site???? Thanks Mike!
