I hope everyone that suggested you don't need to drink water because they haven't experienced any negative health issues, is joking. Not drinking water will ABSOLUTELY kill your kidneys at some point. I have kidney disease in my family and it is devastating.

I would skip the dinners. Remove yourself from the temptation. Alternative--if you have 4 invites,go to 2. Cut them in half and stay shorter time. Perhaps, have a healthy snack of fruit--apple, grapefruit, etc. before attending. Eat smaller portions at dinner and forego the alcohol for a sparking cider or flavored water.…

Under exercise, enter calisthenics vigorous enter the time and the computer will calculate the amount of calories burned. If it seems too high or too low tweak it. It's not an exact science when you don't have a calorie counter waist/wrist ban. Hope that helps.

I had the same thought about resistance training. I know the tae bo, insanity, PX90 type of workouts help with body sculpting and definition. I don't think they incorporate weights.
