Different Strokes. This may be hard... The end of the Civil War was near When quite accidentally, A hero who sneezed abruptly seized Retreat and reversed it to vic......tory.

Stay. He's got an adventurous spirit and a travel bug that would only enhance the money experience. That and I wouldn't want to be without him.

You're taking pretty much what I'm taking. Fish Oil - To help my skin and hair. I heard hair can fall out during dieting and fish oil helps. Vitamin E - To help with the skin elasticity and nullify any loose skin after weight loss. Multivitamin - Just to ensure I'm getting my nutrients.

Just awesome! It's a tremendous effort to lose so much weight so kudos. =)

I don't. What I do is fill it out before I start cooking. If I have 600 calories left and the hamburger with cheese puts me at 700 then I know I can either remove the cheese or just workout those extra 100 calories.

As someone said, all you're doing is viewing at 2X so you get a bit of pixelization. Also it doesn't switch to landscape mode so you can only view it long ways. Edit: I use it on the iPad.

Cutting out the liquid calories is major. I was surprised at how many calories were in flavored coffees, energy drinks, and soda. Having a way to build up calories credits is great. I have a treadmill in the house so if I eat too much I can just jump on there for a while. Almost 50 pounds lost and that's what did it for me…

I used to sleep about 8 1/2 hours a day. Now I get about 7 to 7 1/2 hours a day. I don't *feel* worse for it.
-
Wow, that's jaw dropping amazing! =D Kudos to all your hard work.
-
Wow. That's very honorable. =) I bet you're looking forward to surprising her!

I'm a bit worried about losing too fast. While the contestants DO look better (much better), there's a large amount of flabby skin. I'm sticking to 1 1/2 pound to 2 pounds a week since I don't want Batwings. Of course, being in Vegas it might be fun to jump off the Stratosphere and glide though the strip. =) But yeah, slow…

There's also the money and fame incentive. As nice as it is to lose weight... how much harder would one try if a cash prize and fame were part of it?

I think I read the same story. (Was it the winner of Season 1?). They gained all the weight back and then some. I don't know if the show got "better" in helping them after they left but many of the contestants lost weight and then couldn't handle normal life with all the temptations.

Interesting. I heard the reverse. If you're going to eat carbs do it before evening. However, I presume it's working for you so kudos. =)

Another here. I'm on 125 mg daily and I think it's Levothroxine. Yeah it seems like I should be seeing better results with all the work I'm doing. I figure part of it may be due to being Hypo.

Great minds!

"Why aren't you supposed to do magic?" asked Harry. "Oh, well -- I was at Hogwarts meself but I -- er -- got expelled, ter tell yeh the truth. In me third year. They snapped me willy in half an' everything", said Hagrid
-
The troll couldn't feel Harry hanging there, but even a troll will notice if you stick a long bit of wood up its nose, and Harry's willy had still been in his hand when he'd jumped - it had gone straight up one of the troll's nostrils.

You look younger and happier. =) Good job. Yes, there's a definite difference. Kudos. -Jen

My mouth dropped when I saw the gym photo. Kudos for such a great job. You're a great inspiration! =)

Feel free to add me. My original goal was 109 or something around there. I've lost about 22 so I'm close to the 60 - 80 mark now. =)

That's one for the HRM. I just finished a 62 minute walk at roughly 1.2 miles (using a treadmill desk). The final count was 404 calories. It just seems too good to be true. I tried searching other calorie converters but they don't go below 2.0 miles per hour. Is 404 calories in one hour reasonable for the work out I did?…
-
This is strange. I don't know which to believe. The Treadmill at 45 minutes at roughly 1.2 walking speed. I'm 6'1 with a weight of about 289. The treadmill says I'm losing 137 calories. While the Polar FT4 says I'm lost 316. Certainly the 316 isn't accurate... is it? Now with the treadmill I'm not able to enter my weight…

You seem so happy inside! =)

I use a treadmill at walking speed 1.6 miles per hour and have a keyboard shelf on it so I can use my computer. I surf and work while I'm walking though out the day. So far I've lost 15 pounds in about two weeks. My profile might say different as I was on Loseit! before I joined here. Treadmill is my choice.
