Metafit - is basically HIIT class - i tookthe desciption from the webiste - its small call they only allow 10/15 people so you get a one to one and they are always watching a pushing us. There is event wo instructors as well so we cannot cheat if your like. i dotn get the defiecit. and whether i eat my exercise back…

You may find that even eating 1,200 calories a day for the first week or two you will lose more than 2lbs as you will be losing water weight. Do not send your body in to starvation mode. Drink lots of water and only water will help (herbal teas as fine) - the more you drink the more you shrink.

my go2 is 245g of chicken breast with 80g mushrooms and lettuce lol simple but feelign low in calories with fry sprae some pepper x quick easy and easy not very adventreous

I have PCOS Low carbs works, or change from white pasta etc.. to brown which helps. I've lost 30lbs/14kg in total i have started introducing carbs slowly and try not to eat to often or at night but easier said than done. I start on the cambrodge diet weight plan which is vlcd and no carbs so hence the weight loss.

I have either a protien bar or shake plus a fruit smoothie and a piece of fruit between8.30 and 11am before lunch. Eggs are good in the morning boiled or scrambled
