I want to add a a workout after my running on Mondays at the gym. Targeting the butt, I want it to be perkier and stick out more.:blushing:
I am doing the c25k so its about 30 mins and I want to have a short effective work out straight after my run.
Any workout routine to help me with my goal would be great i.s what exercise, squats, thrusts etc.. reps and what order etc..
Look forward to any routine

P90x legs and back, brazilian butt life, insanity (beachbody programs) all get the butt working! Squats work good too. And lunges0

check bret contres- the glute guy.
Strong curves- very booty targeted.0 -
An ordinary, full-body strength program works the glutes plenty. I wouldn't recommend just working glutes, nor do i recommend piecing together your own routine, because it could end up unbalanced. Look into NROL, Stronglifts, etc.0

Another vote for Strong Curves. In the beginning, it's a relatively easy, basic beginner strength program with some extra focus on the glutes.
