  • Its a great feeling isnt it! If I was ordering delivery from a take out I would usually order 2 portions since I couldnt decide what I wanted and I would eat them both. This evening I had a bowl of pasta and couldnt finish it!

  • The chicken starter is 1000 cals just to confirm with above but thats the stuff thats on it that does that. The wings are for only 3 wings which it is low. And the sides on the JD chicken meal is mashed potato but thats included in the database as its the actual meal thats listed mentioning mash.
  • What exrecises are you doing. If your doing anything that will increase your musle then your weight may stay the same or even increase as your musle mass grows but your fat vanishes.
  • That could be the problem. You need to shock your metabolism once in a while by eating something bad. Also have you changed your starting weight in your settings to your new weight? As with the amount lost you should do this as your recomended amounts will change.
  • If youre looking for a snack to tide you by some baked crisps are ok dpending on your calorie goal

  • I personally would go with the lower one just in case the higher one is wrong and you end up with a higher cal allowance than you should have. but if you need to use thos exta cals that you would have gained for doing a higher burn then just use them.
