I have been using the Mio Link for about a month. It's pretty accurate. I tested with the HRM on the treadmill etc and with another HRM/chest strap combo. They are with in a few points of each other.

Not everyone has the luxury of getting a new job on a whim. My advice would be to bring proteins bars and put them in your purse. Take a 5 minute bathroom break and chow down. They legally can't deny bathroom use. ( in the states)

I follow WW to lose so I don't log fruits and veggies that are 0 WW pts on MFP. I use MFP to sync up with my Body Media arm band. So I just log food that has actual points. So far it has been working for me. I have been losing about 2lbs a week.

I made SF/FF meringue cookie. They were weird but good at the same time. I found a recipe on ALLrecipes.com. I sub the sugar for Splenda. I also tried a flourless cake again subbing sugar with Splenda. A bit weird and dry...so I am trying to experiment with making it more moist.
