Officially, I'm a master in french literature working as a technical writer for a software engineering firm (hep...), but I lead a double life where I am also a freelance food writer (cookbooks ghostwriting, mostly, but I also edit recipes for food corporations and I published a quiz game about food last year).
My mother had a restaurant when I was younger and I did a bit of training with her, but I'm mostly self-taught (and just insanely curious and obsessive about food, hence the extra weight ).0 -
