Five pounds down is awesome! Weekends are hard for me, too. I like beer. I didn't go completely nuts either, and this has to be a lifestyle we can maintain, right? Or else we lose weight and then just gradually gain it back.

I do the surrenders with weights, but they are not pretty! I can't keep up with the people in the video... but I figure I'll do what I can do! Nice job on your 3 pound weight loss! I lost 1.6, and I'll take it! That's 1.6 less than I was last week :)
