So far, today was the hardest for me to get up for an early workout, but I thought of you guys--and that motivated me to get it done! Cardio Fix is intense! I was following Kat (modifier) a lot today... but I'll modify a little less next Friday. TGIF!

I am so happy to be home... yesterday was a long day of traveling! I got up at 4:50 and did Lower Body Fix. I feel great! I'm super happy to check that off my list. Today my goal is to follow the nutrition plan with more integrity! I had to eat out yesterday--and that's always hard for me!

I am traveling today :( Since I'm a teacher I don't have to travel a lot, but today I'm at the airport (4:20 am) and I won't be getting back until 8 PM. It's going to be a long day, so my solution is to walk at every opportunity I get. Have a great day everyone!

I got up at 4:40 for Total Body Cardio... Wow! It's a great workout! I had to modify more than I thought I would... but hopefully by the end of 21 days I won't be modifying at all. After the workout I had Chocolate Shakeology with almond milk and 1/2 Tsp. of mint extract--YUM! One day at a time, one pound at a time!
