  • Most likely it is muscle weight, it does weigh more than fat. Don't get discouraged because most likely you will drop weight now you usually start to build the muscle first before you lose the fat. That muscle is going to help burn the fat.

  • I had my daily calories at 1200. I lost weight really fast at the beginning and the last few weeks I have been stuck. I have been working my butt off and eating very well. I should have known better I am in reality supposed to be eating 1600. I am really mad at myself. I am really hoping that I don't put on any weight now…

  • Low fat chocolate milk is the ultimate recovery drink.
  • Try the No more trouble zones as well....Let me tell you, it was one of the hardest workouts I have done in a long time. It is doable though not crazy hard where you have to be in shape before you can even try to do the work out.
