Weighed in today at 138.8, so a 0.2 loss. I kinda lost my motivation this week, so I'm kicking it back up. I wanna finish this challenge off strong!

No change for me this week. I guess I should be thankful for that because it could have been worse with how overboard I went this weekend! I'm up 0.2 this morning :( I did everything right this week, so I'm a little frustrated. But I changed up my workout routines, and have added in a lot of strength training, which I'm very sore from, so I'll hold out hope that the gain is from that. Still working to break into the 130's, dang it!

I weighed in this morning and was up 0.6 pounds. I was disappointed, but not shocked. I spent the weekend away at a women's retreat, where all the food was included, and even though I made better choices than I would have in the past, I still went WAY over my calories. I'm really struggling to figure out how to lower my carbs... I totally know it would be good for me though! I'm a carb junkie, and not a big meat eater. Can anyone offer some suggestions for meals and snacks that are low in carbs?

Well, not exactly what I was expecting, but at least I had a loss. Down .4 today. Great challenge also! I'm pretty sure cutting carbs will be very helpful for me, now I just gotta stick with it. Thanks!

Yay, I lost 3.6 pounds this week! I have to say, knowing I would be weighing in this morning really kept me motivated during the week. It's nice to be accountable, so thank you! I exercised 6/7 days, but do at least an hour a day. I also got my water in, which took some getting used to, but I can tell it made a difference.
