I dont know if i made this up or if anyone else does this but i mix a 1/2 cup of cottage cheese with white albacore tuna low sodium together. It is soo gooooood. Protein packed! only 190 cals too

wow alot of you eat alot less than i thought.. I eat 2,000 cals a day. i was expecting bigger numbers for the weight lifters. hmm maybe i need to lower my calorie intake.

I was having the same probelm.. i wasnt able to get enough fiber but i have been doing sooooo much better lately! :) yayay oatmeal! (my personal fav) :) apples almonds fiber one bars strawberries

my stats are very close to yours. I am 5'5 and 123 pounds & i too have the tummy bulge! :( I am def looking forward to reading the responses!!

well that is why we have forums.. for people to ask and say whatever they want. unfortunately you cannot change how people and feel and what they want to say. if you dont like it, then dont read it & i suggest you stay away from the forums.

lifting weights will help to get rid of stomach fat?? I never knew this.. i thought it would just make you muscular..this is interesting and i would like to learn more..

i second the special k protein plus! sooooo good:) and very filling! 100 cals a serving with half a cup of unsweetened vanilla alnmond milk which is 20 calories.

how many calories are you eating? what are your stats? age/height/weight/activity level.

have some eggs! Yummm & full of protein. you could always just cook the egg whites which are only 17 cals for 1.

Update: Hey guys thanks for all the answers. i ended up eating the 2 egg whites on a 100% whole wheat flat bread with a dash oh hot sauce. I woke up this morning weighing .5 lbs less. SUCCESS! thanks everybody! :)

yes i did... it seems veryyy low. 1300 calories? Idk it doesnt seem right to me.....
