Cant stop binging!! Advice needed

So for the past 2 weeks i have done nothing but binge. I can not control what i am putting in my mouth. Now i know it's my decision to put it in there but i'm having trouble controlling what i'm eating. If i see it i have to have it. I dont know what to do.. When i start out my day and plan my meals i think to myself this is it..i'm gonna do great and then i end up failing miserably. I havent' been logging my meals because i've been eating soooo much. Maybe i should start there, no matter how bad the outcome may be . I have ventured off my track and i need to find my way back on. I read all the success stories and advice but it doesn't seem to be helping. I start the 30 Day Shred in a few days (when it arrives via mail) and i just don't want to set back the progress i've made before, even before i started MFP. Any and all advice would be hlepful.     how many calories are you eating? what are your stats? age/height/weight/activity level.
