question about mrs. dash's seasonings & measuring

do you measure out when you use mrs. dash seasonings? It says on the bottle that 1/4 teaspoon is 0 sodium, calories, etc. but obviously 1/4 teaspoon is tiny. So if i were to just sprinkle it on my food and not measure how much of it.. would that change the nutrition value? Would there be sodium/callories/carbs...etc? I bought the onion & herb flavored one to put on my egg whites.

yes it would it would give you more potassium for 1 tsp you get 40g of potassium. I just take the sprinkle top off and use my tsp measuring spoon and dip it then sprinkle it on my food that way then imake sure I get my accurate counts.0
