i went out on a bike trail we have in our area-- for an hour and 20 minutes! LOVE this weather!! plus I burned 615 calories!! which is why i'm having pizza as I write this :happy:

i always eat all my calories.. before I found this site I had NO idea how many calories I should be eating.. oh my gosh! seriously I would take 100-degree weather any day over Indiana weather! I hate winter.. my body can't handle the cold.. the sun is where it's at!! I love being outside in the heat.. there are so many outdoor activities to do, and when it's really hot there's always swimming! I really want to move to Arizona!

I was just noticing that a lot of people are saying that their recommended calorie intake is 1200 each day.. why do so many people end up with the same goal? i exercise almost every day so that i can have more freedom with my calorie intake... some good, filling foods that I've found are the fiber one bars (chocolate, peanut butter or caramel, about 140-150 calories), campbells chunky potato and bacon soup (320 cals for 2 cups and really filling) and also quakers weight control…
