Anybody else planning on spending a warm day with their 4 legged critters in Washington, or any area for that matter? I've been waiting for good weather and it's off riding I go!

    Hey , you know I feel kinda bad. I catch the weather news every so often and it seems as though the weather is not so great around the usa these days. I wish the best for them. But here in California ( the valley ) it already hitting 102. Not really complaining because it wont be too long b4 that 115 and better hits. But yes... am looking to go up north coastal for a few days here soon. I plan on doing some coastal jogging along the coast, four leggged company also. :smile: Enjoy your venture too !!!! :smile:

    Two of my friends up here are from CA originally and one loves the weather and the other sits with me, looking at the grey sky, sending serious messages to the sun god to please pay us a visit. It hit upper 80's today and everyone kept saying 'it's so hot" and I just looked at them and nodded and said "I'm just beginning to dethaw". Running on the coast sounds like a lot of fun. Enjoy. Taking the dog type critters or horse type critters?

    LOL...:laugh: My sister lived in Olympia ??? and loved it. Me , I am all about being WARM , although I really do not like ca. My sister now lives in Montana....BBBRRRRRRRR TOO COLD FOR MMMEEE !!!!!! for a while now. I Do not know. Out of ca. But stay WARM !!!!! Yea.. It will be nice to get to the coast and yes will take our MOST BELOVED mutt DeWalt...(Our power tool puppy) along. All Kittys and Cats will be SAT those few days. I like the rain... even cloudy skies..But cold wind, yuk , ect ect cuts me to the bone ( yea I am a sissy..La..La) LOL :laugh:

    My husband is from WI and then Chicago area and the winter we went up and it was 4 degrees and snowed almost 3' while we were there, well I told him I am so not living there. EVER. I actually don't mind the cold, as long as it is cold at the proper times - Dec-Feb and then starts warming up. We had snow in April and on Easter is was rainy and cold. Indoor easter egg hunts are not as fun as outside.

    it's here today too!! I'll probably get a little riding in this afternoon.

    We are military, so we are all neighbors on post at Lewis. My closest friend, who glares with me rides too. We were going to ride today, but her husband worked a 24 hr shift which nixed that idea. Your bay is a handsome boy/girl. Enjoy the ride.

    it is gorgeous outside here today! im going to go up into the laurel and start pulling out sapplings where we are trying to put our little picnic area... i have my hrm on so i know what i burn... and today, for the first time in a LONG time, imgoing to wear just my sports bra and shorts, outside!! noone can see me at least..but i want some sun today!!

    It's going to be 100+ today here in Vegas... A little hot for me.

    My hubby's graduating with his masters today, so I'll be in a huge stadium most of the day. :smile:

    i went out on a bike trail we have in our area-- for an hour and 20 minutes! LOVE this weather!! plus I burned 615 calories!! which is why i'm having pizza as I write this :happy:

    101 here today!!! hot and nasty ...pppfft!
    good thing i took the kids to swim class...cooled us all off haha

    we went to sushi for lunch and I WAS GOOD!!
    i had water with leamon and thoes green edomy beans and a orange lol
    it wasnt my lunch time just snack! lol so i did good today!

    but im going out tonight lets see how good i can be hahah
    we are going to the movies and to dinner
    SO...lets hope i dont get any movie snacks haha
    and that i eat a healthy salad at dinner!

    Considering some of your ummm comments, what kind've riding are you talking about?!? However, yeah, I did have a great time!!!!!!!!!!
